Q: Menstrual cramps of Pregnant?

I ended my last menstrual cycle Oct 19 08 and cannot seem to get an accurate answer as to when I would be my most fertile.

I have had these very sharp pains all throughout my lower abdomen for the past week. I should start my period either today or in the next two days, however the pain I am experiencing feels different from my regular cramping. It is highly possible that I am pregnant, but I do not have any other symptoms, except for fatigue. But fatigue can be caused by added stress, which I definitely have had in the past week. I even experienced some dizziness about two weeks ago. What's going on with my body?

It could all still be PMS, your symptoms aren't going to always be the same.

If you're late, you can take a pregnancy test.
