Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

There could be various reasons for menstrual like cramps as Pelvic inflammatory disease,Endometriosis,Pregnancy,Fibroids,P olyps, varices. It is very difficult to comment without proper examination.
It requires a proper pelvic examination along with investigation like USG scan to help in the diagnosis.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

cramps
What about cramps where they are not suppose to be? I just got done with my period a few days ago but now I have cramps. I have always had cramps in my rear end and not on my bottom part of my torso. Its hard to explain and sometimes they are even in other parts around there.
