The changes in the period you reported might be caused by hormonal changes. The bad smell of the blood might be due to the larger quantity of blood that disintegrates. The hormonal changes might make the breasts sore, too. This condition is not considered pathological immediately. Instead, you might want to wait until the next menstrual period and see if the same symptoms appear again and then visit a gynecologist.

As for the pregnancy, if the bleeding is a real menstrual period, then you are not pregnant.
