I have been on birth control for about 8 months now, and for the last 4-5 months I have not had a period. All I have is spotting. I also have a lot of adominal cramping. I am not prgnant. My ultrasounds show that everything seems normal. And My blood tests show nothing unuaual. What could cause this? The birth control I have been using is Yaz.
