My right testicle seems OK. My left side of my scrotum hangs much lower. I don't know if I have lumps on my left testicle, or if it has 'bursted' altogether. On the left side it feels like a bunch of lumps, or possible lumpy growth from my left testicle. It doesn't hurt....no pain, but is really, really weird. Should I be worried. Also, my scrotum has many freckles(more like moles) on the left side...could this be related? And could the moles signify cancer may be present?
