Menopause or pregnancy symptoms ?

got a whopper here. any help would be great.
last period 7/22/2010. been perimenopause for 3 years.
46 years old, but mum went thru the change at 38.
faint pink barely noticable spotting in sept. nothing in August. headaches, prickly pains in uteral area, heartburn, dizzy, hot and cold spells, and then this morning blue viens all over my boobs.2 pg tests on august 1-2 were negative. is this menopause or something else? it's been 20 years since i was pregnant, not that i can't remember cause it was horrible. sick all the time. this is different, but somehow similar.
