Menopause, HRT and Prolapse problem.

Hello,
Menopause, HRT and Prolapse problem.
I was not sure why I was constantly having vaginal infections. Each time I went to the doctor they just prescribe medication for me and that is how is been for me for the last 6 years. The extreme vaginal dryness increased but I had my suspicion that menopause had to do with it. I went to the Dr. and ask for HRT therapy for my hot flashes. It was then when I was diagnosed with pelvic organs prolapse, and will probably have surgery at the end of this year. It has been less than two months I started the HRT treatment and had two periods that lasted like 12 days each time and my breast are very sensitive.
Would these symptoms improve after hysterectomy? And what sex will be like after surgery?
