Meniscus after surgery recovery

Hello to everyone, I am new to this website and I hope your forum can help me for my postsurgery recovery, sorry for my incorrect terms in English but I have never had to deal with them before know and I am still learning.
After my knee surgery 1 month ago the doctor told me that early arthtritis could arise as a consequence of the meniscus removal. Do you think that there are any specific excercises that could reduce this risk or any alternative medicine tool?
Being 23 I am really concerned and worried about my future condition.
Thank you very much.
Luca

Maybe an orthopedic insole to balance the weight could help. Plus, I suggest to maintain a strong leg muscle to alleviate the articulation stress.
