I was diagnosed with nocturnal fits when I was 9 and I think I was on the verge of being epileptic. Every so often I will drift almost into a daydream but I don't know what is going on around me and every so often a bit of my body will twich like a small jerky movement but I don't know what could cause this. I haven't had a nocturnal fit since I was 10/11 and I am now 14 and a half I had meningitis as a baby so could this twich be linked to epilepsy.
