My wife age 61 had an MRI because of pain in back. The test results came back and stated: Several rounded lesions are seen within the vertebral bodies in the thoracic serval have the apearance of typical meningiomas. Other represent hemoangiomas. They are 1.8 cm in the T12 vertebral. Similar lesions are in T11, T8 T3 and C7. Lesions are rounded and well circumscrbed, involve verteral bodies. The signal are bright on T2, a few of the lesions are bright on T1 which are likey to be typical hemangiomas. numberous lesions are present. Have followup in six months to see if they are stability would be helpful. What does all this mean should we be seeing another doctor in a big city?
