goin through menapause but have weird feelings some times scrared to talk and slur words feel like im goin crazy or have dementia does any one feel this way

Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your current symptoms could be attributed to menopausal changes if you are going through them. I would suggest that you have a thorough evaluation done with your doctor/neurologist. Early recognition of the problem and start of treatment will help in controlling the complications. Do not delay in visiting your doctor/neurologist for a thorough evaluation along with CT or MRI of brain and EEG test.
