Yes, I have broken up with two girls in the past. The first one because she were too jealous, and always thinking that I was cheating on her, even when I was not. The second one because she had too many sex hang ups. She did not give me oral sex, and didn't allow me to give her oral sex, and I love oral sex!

You wouldn't like my answer probably because I am bit of a "one woman for the whole life" policy holder. So, of course, I haven't made a single girlfriend in my life and I am still a virgin(!). Ya, I know that's probably one of the most weird thing that you have heard in modern age. Apart from that, I am perfectly straight and normal. I do get sexual temptations same as anyone else of my age does. I talk with girls in my university but I try to avoid thinking them in a sexual way, not that I am always successful in trying so. I have strong sexual desires but I make the best effort to keep them under control. Ya I am probably the most weird guy on earth!

So, that's how it goes!

@ Concerned:
I'm beginning to think that abstinence is not a bad Idea.

I am an atheist. I don't think sex is bad or anything, and I think that some religious are silly with their hangups surrounding sex.

However, do think religion started out as a basic guidebook for how people should behave socially, and that zealots just blew it all out of good proportion...

Basically, I think that sex twists and distorts a mans ability to judge a potential partner. Thus, he might stay with a woman he is not really compatible with for a longer period of time because the sex keeps him stuck there...

I think that the christian obsession with abstention (at root) probably has more to do with avoiding sex with the intention of finding a good personality match FIRST, and only then, partaking in sexual acts with eachother, with the ultimate goal of preventing men from entering into relationships that are destined not to work out.

I hope you get what I'm saying...

I'm quite sure now that abstention is the best way to find someone if you are looking for a long term relationship (like marriage) because you'll find out if you want to be with the person for real, free from the strings and emotional pollution of sex.

steampowered,
your not answering my question. though as a christian your opinion is far left, but you give one something to think about.

sarnario: lets say concernedn gets married and have sex on his wedding day and he finds out he's not sexually compatible with his wife. no matter what they do, neither one is satisfied.
my point is one would argue a different point.
