Start eating more, maybe exercise would boost your mood. Once you start eating, you might gain your appetite back. Try a calming tea to relax when you are feeling stressed.

im 17 and know how you feel.
I completely lost my appetite for weeks and then once again something came up in my personal life that just devastated me.. i went in the total opposite direction and just wouldnt stop eating.
and dont let exams stress you out. alot of people lose there appetite when it comes to exam stress.. just stay focused and all will work out. on the other hand.. depression is something that i am trying to cope with too..
