I have had a really hard time retaining information. When I try to lear somehting new or have to lear something for work - I can not retain anything - it seems as if it is out of my head - I can not recall it. I am also having some memory problems. All of this seems to mimic dementia. I do have low vitamin B12 levels and am on a prescribed b12 medicine (not the shots). Can low b12 levels really cause all of these problems?

Get blood work done to check out your hormone levels (testosterone). if your levels are below 700 then there is a problem. Most doctors say that is normal. Its crap. Do the research y0urself if you have doubts. If you are unable to raise your testosterone levels up naturally then you will have to do the alternative. Again, use google and type Low testosterone effects in Men. Its happening to guys all ages now. Not just the oldies.

Testosterone is just not for sex. It controls alot more of the brain and body functions then most think or know.

Hormone imbalance is not a new thing. just over looked so pharmacutical companies can make money off of our issues. Smile
