Hello doctor,

i'm from Greece and i m a bipolar depression patient. The last 2 years i only take effexor xr 150mg and sometimes 300mg together with trilleptal 1200mg per day.Is it a big dose that can destroy other organs? Shall i have liver examination? I understand that i need psychotherapy that will reduce the dose but i have neither the time nor the money to do so. This happens because my mother has the same and i had to take care her as i'm the only one to understand the situation better in the family.
