I am fairly new to this site & have a few questions that I hope someone can answer. I'm really concerned about taking Neurontin & Baclofen, on top of Flexiril, (for chronic lower back pain) after I have read all of the side effects & withdrawal symptoms. Should a recovering drug addict who has been clean for 8 yrs take these meds? I am afraid of becoming physically or emtionally addicted to these drugs. Also are these drugs safe for someone with asthma & boderline diabetes? And is it safe for someone dx'd w/severe central spinal stenosis & epidural lipomatosis w/nerve root compression to do water aerobics for "pain management"? Also one of my doctor's mentioned the possibility of MS because it runs in my family. Can you have MS without lesions on the spine?
