like during the day when i feel so bad and scared that im going to freak or can't sit still and all i think about is goin crazy and not wantin to go anywere and like i just worry alot durnin the day when i get up because of the symtoms i got are like my face feels like its on fire while i sweat too at the same time and just kind of panic should i take meds for this i feel fine at night like late at night.. do yall think i have a panic disorder cause i don't want to go out in public or drive anywere just sit around all day and do nothin but worry and twichin my legs and hands...any advise????
