Q: Mediterranean Dieters Results

I am starting a "Mediterranean" eating plan tomorrow, and if anyone would like to join me in documenting their progress, it may help and encourage us all together.
I will post my starting weight too, and thereafter once a week. And I will be useing both raw, and lightly cooked foods. White flour, sugar, coffee, alcohol and potatoes will be my no-no`s.
