I recently read that some medications contain gluten. Is that true and if so how do I know which medications contain gluten?

You want to know whether medications contain gluten.

Gluten is a mixture of proteins that are found in wheat grains. Individuals may develop intolerance against these proteins. Medications usually don't contain gluten. Certain medications, especially those known as dietary supplements and those containing grains, may contain gluten. Products that may contain gluten have information about it writen on the packages.
