32lbs is equal to 15kg. I typically give my children up to 10mg/kg of Ibuprophen/Motrin, which would be 150mg for your child if you decided to do so. I also give 15mg/kg of Tylenol/Acetaminophen to my children every 4-6 hours, which would be 225mg for your child if you decided to do so.
