Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Medications that can be used to treat pain after any form of surgery - include acetaminophen, Aspirin, Non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen, Naprosyn, etc. These medications are available over the counter in most places.

But in case of severe pain, you may need prescription medications which your doctor can provide.

Similarly medications for blood pressure need to be determined by your doctor, after due physical examination.

You may consult your doctor for proper advice.
