Q: Medication change ?

I am 25 years old and have been on celexa for the past 3 1/2 years for depression. When I first was given celexa, my dose was 20mg. My dose has been increased twice in the past 1 1/2 years. Now I take 40mg to control my depression and anxiety. I am still feeling really down and according to an online depression screening, I could have moderate depression. Do I need to have my medication changed again (doesage or a new med)? I was placed on welbutron about 1 1/2 years ago and that gave me heart palpatations (scary!!!) I am afraid that if I talk to my dr. and she puts me on some other medication I will have another adverse reatction to it as well. Is this fear normal. I just want to feel better. What should I do? Please advise me.
