Shadi, Where I am from, there are no tests before marriage.

If either of you have been sexually active, and STD screening is recommended for both. And if you have not been for a gynocological exam yet, do so.

Genetic tests

Based on your ethnicity and if you want children, you may want a variety of genetic tests. For example, I would want tests for mediterrenean anemia,thalessemia, and tay-sachs.
