Medical complaints with Adoption

hello,
I am doing a research about adoption out China.
I wanted to get to know some people who had some problems with their adoptions from this land of the dragon. I read a lot about the homes where the children come from and how they''ve been treated there. Well i would like to get to hear some information about parents who have to go through this themselves. If anyone here has already adopted a child from China, does it suffer any medical complaints, they didnt tell u of?
