Q: Meaning of Complete Blood Test

My 2 yrs 8 months old boy has had a Complete blood Test recently and these are the results

WBC 12.7
RBC 4.53
Hgb 11.5
Hct 33.6
MCV 74.2
MCH 25.4
MCHC 34.3
Plt 348
LY % 11.5
LY # 1.5

Can someone please tell me the meaning of this ( in a layman's langauge). And what can i do to change those that seem not good

Morning-it is harder finding labs online for children..I'm sorry I do better research on adults..What does your little one have going on? What does the doctor say? kd

Hie,

He suddenly had a very high temperature...39.5. The doctor said it was a bacterial infection and prescibed antibiotics. Want to find out more.
