Maya , fine hair

Hey Maya again, what should I take for fine hair?
pills? What?
This is the worst topic because im a girl and well if my hair was a bit fuller i wont really hair about this topic but this makes me frustrated and so annoyed.
I dont really swim anymore and you do know why. Im shy and i dont like people looking and so.. I feel i wanna slap them!
I dont have a disease or anything like this NO.. its just I went to several doctors and they all said the same thing.. 'my hair grows slow and rarara' but still no one understands how i feel.. plus I dont want people to think im a freack and i stand in the mirrior for too long cause i want to look good but its just because of course wigs look too perfect and i always try to mess them up and pur like ribbions or anything and my fionce keeps saying ' i look fine ' but he doesnt get it!!

PLEASE help... anything if you know a hair specialist or anyone like me... :(
