I figured out i have this...I have it all over the right side of my face from my tmj joint to the bottom of my face which is why i don't have tmj just bone marrow regeneration that is trying to be repaired. I thought it was tmj initially or trigeminal neuralgia type 2 but the cracking is even down to my cheek which i recently discovered putting apple cider vinegar on it. Anyone with trauma to the jaw is at risk although my case is most likely more rare. Don't know if anyone has it on here but its possible so I posted it. The pain is a deep pressure stabbing sensation that may or may not be accompanied by neuralgia like pains. It has to do with bone regeneration in the bone marrow gone wrong due to cavities within.
