Alright for the last 9 months or so I have been off balance. Not full blown vertigo but just equilibrium problems. I have been to an ENT who did the vertigo and menieres test which came back leaning more towards these not being the case. Went to a neurologist who did an MRI and the only thing that came up is a few white spots because of migraines. They all told me ot was just anxiety. After that went to go see if my wisdom teerh could be causing the problems. I have three impacted wisdom teeth with pretty deep tissue pockets. That's where I'm at. Certain foods seems to make the ear fullness and balance worse.

Meniere's
I have also found that certain foods were triggers for both chronic and acute Meniere's symptoms. I basically removed grains, legumes, and dairy for a month and saw significant improvement in my symptoms (including anxiety - which was more of a warning sign that things were not right physically rather than the cause of the physical symptoms). I talk about this on my website if you're interested in exploring that route. Hope you've gotten connected to helpful providers since your post. - Maya
