Maybe you're just a little bored. try and occupy yourself with other things if you feel unhappy about the situation. nothing wrong with what you're doing. you're a young lad and just experimenting and it's actually a healthy thing to do for yourself.

That is not very nice. This guy is concerned about whether or not his behavior is normal. That is no different than those who come on here asking if a certain physical symptom is something to worry about.

He just needs reassurance and an honest response regarding the potential harmfulness of his actions (or lack thereof)

In response to your question, lookforlohith, I can tell you about what I know. When I was 16, I became so addicted to sexual gratification that I would literally do it all day. It went on for a long time like that. I eventually decided to go to the doctor because I was not having my period, and as great as that was, I decided that it might be cause for concern.

They discovered an extreme level of testosterone in my system - I am a girl but the levels were high even for men. That was accounting for the sex drive. They found a sertoli-leydig cell tumor on my ovary that was producing the testosterone. Thankfully, they were able to remove it and I am fine.

I am not telling this to scare you. In the absence of other physical symptoms, I would presume that it is just normal sex drive. The fact that it is interferring with other parts of you life might pique a little bit of concern, though, and you might ask a psychologist if your sex drive is higher than a normal 19 year old guy.

AFAIK, you are coming up on your sexual prime. But if it concerns you, don't ignore it.

I wouldn't worry too much about it man. I do it at least 3-4 times a day wether i'm currently dating someone or not. I've even done it when my girl was passed out next to me. I'm no doctor but this just seems like normal male behavior, but I could be wrong. Are you a virgin? If so, did you have the 15 second problem with her? I ask because I last a lot longer with a girl than by myself. I obviously enjoy being with a girl much more, but I don't want to be done untill she is. I'm not sure how, but I've learned how to do this. I'm not sure but I think there might be some type of treatment for the ol' 15 second problem. Also, using a condom could help a lot as you can't feel nearly as much. I can't even finish when using a condom, which btw you always should. Anyway, good luck.

Perhaps you've kind of annoyed ur cervix a little. which can cause it to cramp..mildly. i dunno how severe your cramps are, or how long theyve lasted.
