I am a 20 year old College guy. 2 weeks ago I gave up masturbation, I don't know for good, but definitely for awhile. I used to be once every day or every other day I would masturbate, but now, I haven't done it in 2 weeks. For the past 4-5 days, I've been getting on and off headaches that got pretty wicked, and on Saturday I was so light headed, I practically spent the day in bed. My question is that are any of the two things related to me not masturbating, or is it something totally different?

Sounds like you have the need to punish yourself for some guilt feeling. Try giving up water too. Then try going without oxygen. You are not nourishing your spirit or pleasing God or whatever by quitting masturbating. Every guy does it; you HAVE to do it to get rid of the enzymes in your blood. Just look at a picture of a nice girl and get it over with for crying out loud!

Hi guy i am 52 years age iam doing marterbation for the past forty years nearly. Almost two times a day. It is not unhealthy. Dont worry about masterbation. If possible control it otherwise dont worry enjoy your life. Even after marriage most of the partner do not co operate for our full sex enjoyment. At that time marterbation is the only way to get our full enjoyment. It is natural it is gods gift.

Wow people, will anyone NOT assume stuff please? Half the posts here regard his choice rather than the fact that he ISN'T FEELING WELL. He didn't say why he decided to give it up, no need for lectures on whether masturbation is good or bad.

On topic, I don't believe there is such a thing as "masturbation withdrawal symptoms". I'm not an expert on the topic, but if it does rid your body of certain stuff that is otherwise in it (I don't know, but if it does, the following would make sense), it could take your body a little to readjust and produce lower amounts since it's not getting rid of them the way it did before.
