Due to too much Masterbation, I feeling memory weakness,Concentration weakness,depression,low energy level and lack of confidance.
plz tell me the solution.

There is no data from independent scientific medical studies about masturbation causing concentration weakness, depression, low energy level, memory weakness or lack of confidence. However, the symptoms you reported might be all related to depression. You might want to visit a psychologist or psychotherapist for longer observance needed for definitive diagnose.
