I expect the reverse of WOLF , i dnt think you'll get any of benefits as stated, Masturbation will make u addictive to it as u alraedy are daily masturbation.. and 50 kg is very below health standard weight as u r 22. Masturbation can cause u weight not to increase. i think thats highly frequent. Excess of anything canbe bad. avoid masturbation and if not then do it 2,3 days a week maximum.

Independent study confirms masturbation in healthy males is not only not an unhealthy activity but has a multitude of health benefits that most men take for granted. Not only would I not suggest abstaining from masturbation but I'd go so far as to suggest you consult your physician before planning to abstain or cut back dramatically because of the risks you would be assuming.
