i am a sports player and i have been having pain in my legs and my body is uneven i believe it is from mastrubation i cannot run or walk without pain. I am having a tough time. I want to know what i need to do to have these affects to go away and how long do i need to stop masturbating. I have been masturbating since 11 years old now i am 16. please i need answers quickly

Masturbation will not cause pain in the legs, uneven body, hair on your plams or any such nonsense. People just say that to try and stop kids from doing it.
