A) No, it not a bad thing. Orgasms bring many medical benefits, serve as education about your own body and sexuality, gives you a way to safely deal with your hormone induced horniness during your teen years (and later). Most women masturbate. Your mom, sisters, friends, friend's moms and sisters, aunts, teachers, basically any woman. They do it to a lesser or greater degree at various times in their lives.
Even married women and women in a relationship masturbate.

B) it can only be harmful if it becomes an obsession and it affects your relationships with other people. So for example, if you do not hang out with your friends so that you can masturbate, it is harmful.

C) see B. Up to once or twice a day is probably where the limit should be. There is however no fixed rules, and at certain times of your monthly cycle and life you will masturbate more than at other times.

D) arousal is a build up of sexual tension in your muscles in the genital region. Orgasm is when that tension suddenly releases in a few waves of contractions and pleasure. The pleasure, contractions and heat will normally radiate out from your genitals. This can last from about a second (normally minimum 3 seconds) to about 8 or 10 seconds, sometimes even longer. After an orgasm you should have a relaxed, happy and content feeling. This is because of all the good hormones being released into your brain and blood stream. During an orgasm, you can have all sorts of twitches and convulsions through various parts of your body and limbs.

Hope this answers your questions.
