In 3 yrs I would have masturbated around 60-70 times and now I am starting to see the consequences such as poor eye sight and low memory and hair fall.Doctor I am a student and it is only now I realised it is bad I am feeling really guilty and I desperately want to bring back my health to older posistion with good memory and good eye sight and also improve my overall health. Please suggest me some good I am pure vegetarian. Hope you will help me come back with good health and great confidence and help me achieve my dream doctor.

Dear 19 year old student:
Masturbation in younger males is normal, and absolutely does not cause poor eyesight, low memory and hair falling out. Indeed, if you have these symptoms please see a physician because they have nothing to do with masturbation and may be remediable. For example, low metabolism might explain the kind of symptoms you describe.
Please note that I am unable to diagnose medical conditions online.
