Hi,
I am married and sexually active, just to try today i used a banana (directly with no condom on it) and i tried to masturbate with it. In about a few mins, when i took it out, i saw blood on it.I immediately when and dabbed and saw blood, and its been 5hrs now and i still see blood when i dab with a tissue...
It is my first time using a banana. I have my first annual PAP test in 2days and i got scared so rescheduled it for later hoping whatever happened inside heals and i don't have to explain it to the Dr. or my husband. I really feel guilty for doing this, but i was just playing around and wanted to see what it is like to masturbate with a banana. Please help do you think i must have hurt myself? will the PAP test show something bad because of this? Is something going to happen? i want to have kids...
I don't ever bleed during or after regular sex.
please help me...

Generally a banana is much larger than your average penis, so the size in it'self could have torn you a bit ... I know from past experience using a cucumber that I experienced some bleeding, but for me that was normal, I was a virgin at the time ... ((don't ask)) ... it's also possible that the tip of the banana, because they are not smooth, that it could have scratched the inside. Did it hurt when you used it?

I'd suggest if you'd like to experience something else, either buy a toy, or if you really want to use something disposable, use a cucumber. They are easy to cut down, or carve into a shape you like, and use a condom over it, that way you don't get anything from it. ((Still wash it obviously))

As for the pap test issue, I wouldn't worry about it. You have to take into consideration doctors have seen everything, and are far since used to it. Did you know that in Canada alone there are over 400,000 sex related injuries in canada that result in going to the hospital per year? ... I really wouldn't worry about it much ... it'll most likely heal up in a few days. And if it doesn't, go for your pap test, they'll be able to tell you what's wrong. after all ... that's what doctors are for Wink

my bleeding has stopped now, or atleast i have not seen any since i woke up. I was scared that what ever went wrong would get worse and so i avoided sex last night... i feel terrible for doing this. I heard so much of people trying different things i was just curious.
Thanks for your reply and i really hope it heals faster. And my first ever PAP is in 5days. Hope it goes well.
Does it hurt when they do the PAP, and are there any DOs & Dont's when i go for it? I just know that i should not have sex the night before. Are there any other things to consider?

I've personally never had a pap test done, I really should seeing as how I'm 23 now ... though I'm not sexually active myself I should still go for one ... lol, but from what I've been told ((by my mother)) it doesn't hurt at all. Especially if you've had sex before. All they really do is stick this metal thing in you to open you up a bit, and poke around a bit ... sounds more scary than it is ... you may feel a bit of pressure but no pain. The only thing I can think of otherwise is if you have your period you'd have to reschedule it ... they won't do it if you're on it ...

Masturbation does not have any effect on having babies or your fertility. Not even if you do it a lot, or you use a banana.

The light reddish water is likely just blood in your discharge. The banana might have stretched you or scratched you inside.

Bananas are not very good for masturbation. Smoother things like a cucumber may be better and easier for you. And if you can put a condom over it, even better.

If any of the inside of the banana got into your vagina, you have to watch out for a yeast infection.

Do you know that your sex organ is your clitoris? Rubbing over and around it is what gives you orgasms. Your vagina is mainly for making and delivering babies, and is largely numb. So you do not need to put anything inside your vagina to have the greatest orgasms. Just concentrating on your clitoris will do it for you.

Take care
