Hi,I'm a 18 year old boy. I'm 5 feet 10.5 inches tall. I weigh nearly 80 kg(176 lb). I want to lose some fat and gain an average body shape. I don't do any excersices, but I've been eating very very low amount of food for the last two months. Like- I hardly eat anything in the morning(maybe a round and small flour bread with vegetables, maybe not). At noon I eat very low amount of rice along with vegetables, fish curry or pulse etc. At night, I eat like my morning meal or don't eat. Besides this, I drink upto 4 glasses of water. By maintaining this food routine, I can feel the difference in my body from it's prevous state. I am looking a bit thinner now. And,my previously tight dresses are fitting in my body quite well. However, I want to know if this diet control without excercises will really help me lose some fat and gain a better body shape. And,the way I'm trying to become thin, is it healthy or not? Before controlling my appetite,I used to eat a lot. But,now that I'm controlling it,I've been literally starving for food since I started it. I always feel the hunger. I am looking forward to getting some useful advices and the answers of my questions from you all. Thank you.
