i wonder if anyone had some sort of massage for the bad bones pain.

i just wanna know what kind of massage helps and some more details about this subject, as at times i really have the feeling that a good well done massage could be a bless.

i have been diagnosed with poli-arthritis 12 years ago and i take treatment, but nothing else except medicine. the pain is mostly in my legs, and sometimes it makes it hard to even walk.. i've had medical induced hepatitis and ever since then im not interested in destroying my liver any more, which is why i resist to the idea of pain-calming pills.

so im looking for anything else that can take the pain away, which is not medicines.
