Hello, a couple of days ago I got an ache in my right testicle, nothing particularly serious, just a bit niggling when sitting. It didn't go away and might have got slightly worse, but not alot. So last night I had a good feel around my testicles and found a mass under my right testicle that wasn't present under my left. I suppose technically it's above the testicle to the right of the shaft of my penis a little bit down.

Since touching and probing it a bit it's got much more painful, not unbearably so but much more noticable, I didn't touch it much but it feels like I might have a clot there or something and I dislodged part of it. Can anyone give me some advice on this.
