Q: Mass on vaginas

My wife and I both noticed a mass in our vaginas...
So my friend brought it up and we decided to look it up on google. At first we were worried she had cancer or some type of cyst but then when i checked myself I realized i had the same thing. So what is it? Is it normal or should we have these things checked out. To be detailed its in the back part towards the left side on both of us. Its semi solid but not entirely. Please let me know
