Im now 21 years old. About 4 years back, due to over masturbation/ejaculation i got my left testicle hurt. It suddenly went down hanging. may be about 5-6 cm compared to the right one. Is this torsion? But gradually with time it came to normal position. I had my fears all these days about the safety of the testicles. But i hesitated to consult anyone. The present condition is that there is some mass like thing on the top of the lest testicle just below the penis. After masturbation/ejaculation it becomes even more prominent.
I also experience some pain in the right testicle after masturbation.

I ejaculate regularly, about 5-6 times a week.

Please explain me about my position. Are the things normal or is there any thing big to take care of?
