Q: Marijuana effect on Epilepsy ?

I have had four inches of my brain removed do to my Epilepsy, and currently use Marijuana to remain stress free and help with controlling my seizures. Should Epileptics have the same rights as those whom suffer from cancer? Can it and should it be subscribed to us as well?
