many pregnancy symptoms, negative test

I hate to ask a question that has been asked a million times, but I'm beginning to get frustrated and would like advice specific to my case. I hope you all understand
I had unprotected sex many times last month and the month before. My boyfriend did withdrawl before ejaculation.
Exactly one week before my period was due this month, I spotted a small amount, just that one time. My period starts EVERY month on the 7th. However, this month it did not. On what would have been the third day of my period, I began spotting again. This continued off an on for a couple of days. The spotting was not like menstrual blood, but more pink or often brownish. I also had brown and pink discharge. Around this time, I noticed small bumps on my nipples becoming very pronounced; with no breast tenderness. During this time, I bled during intercourse which has never happened to me. A couple of days passed and I began having leg cramps badly, especially during bed time.
Just yesterday, which would have made my period 9 days late, I started what I thought was my period. It was quite heavy but only for a short time. Now it seems as if I am spotting again. Today I noticed a sort of dark ring forming around my nipples and the bumps are still there. I also have dark blue veins on my breasts leading to my nipples. I feel more tired than usual, an increse in appetite, and my face has never been so broken out! Oddly, my teeth have been hurting?? And my gums bled while brushing. I have been spotting throughout all of this and I'm confused as to whether that was my period or not. I've been having a slight sharp pain in my left lower abdomen and back pain on occasion. I did take two pregnancy tests which both said negative. It has now been ten days since I missed my period, if i have missed it at all.
Does this sound like pregnancy? Plese give me something..It's beginning to overwhelm me. I know this is long, so thank you to anyone who reads and replies!
