Malignant Giant Cell Tumor of bone. Am I going to die...

I know this case is rare. The rarity is due to giant cell never become malignant, ussually. I'm still trying hard to understand everything. But unfortunitely mine is malignent. I know only part of the tumor was malignant, the part closest to the bone. The first surgery to remove it, they didn't know it was cancer. The surgeon left pieces of the tumor in my toe/foot still. I'm having surgery on Wed the 18th of 2012 . Amputation of the tthird toe on right foot, and some of the ray following that toe.My first CT scan showed it did metastisize to my lungs. But my doctor told me i could have cancer cells alreay in my lungs. that there arent any garentees. Im scared. I'm 26 with two kids. Am I going to die from this.... what are the survival rates... (sarcoma family) (spindle cell in part of the tumor)
