Question hi! i have been with this guy for almost two years he has never gotten anyone pregnant and i havent been on birth control in almost a year, he has white gooey sperm that just drips out after he comes, he his a drinker and a smoker, a few years ago he went in for surgery on his foot which was crushed and took meds for those, he is a heavy drinker when he does drink and is sort of over weight, does this mean he is sterile or just lucky?

Well smoking and drinking and being overweight can reduce the sperm count.
Not to worry you but have you thought it maybe your problem to conceive.
Are you wanting to become pregnant and if so it might
be best to discuss this with your GP who can run some tests and advice from there.

Drinkers and smokers have high risk of infertility, lot of cycling and overweight are also the causes for infertility.getting pregnant depends on lots of factors .
1. timing of sexual intercourse
2. sperm quality and count
and many others but first you should confirm if it happened at the right time, then check your partner's sperm status by appropriate tests.
