Male Newbie! my other half is expecting.

Hiya everyone, my names Mike, I'm 21, just browsing the internet for advise etc as my found out yesterday that my other half is expecting. Roughly only 3 weeks-ish at the moment. So decided to join up to find out about things as it's a 1st for both of us.

Still can't believe it's real at the minute. So we are a bit scared, nervous, excited, happy, the lot. She's having "period" cramps at the minute, but it's not all the time. Which worries me, but I don't want to tell her that as she is a bad worrier herself. Trying to support her and keep her calm as much as possible :)
