i have a serious problem. my penis is just 4 inches long (erect) and not very thick. all my gfs were quite disapointed (though none of them told me i now they were)

do you consider using such devices safe ? i am desperate, i tried all kinds of herb and chemical treatment and they simply do not work i tried also jelqing, but i read it is definitely very unsafe

i do not have money for surgery, plus i don't trust plastic surgeons
