Are you mildly overweight? It's normal for the chest region to become breast-like when there's a bit of weight added.

There are instances where men do grow breasts, though. It's a hormonal thing. Men can grow one or two breasts given the right hormonal circumstances. If you're worried that you might be growing a breast, especially if your chest looks particularly asymmetrical, you should see a doctor. The sooner the better.

im 17, 6ft4" and weight around 17.5st...

my bodies in proportion with my size, but i myself suffer with "man boobs". depending on what tops i wear, they are more obvious.

mine seem to be more pointy [if you understand that] than normal looking boobs.

im happy with the way i am, and i dont feel like i want to change.

anyway, i know doing alot of exercise [and upper body exercise] can burn off the fatty tissue, but as marvel said, it could be a hormonal thing.

Hmmm, ur probably just a little chubby. However, I have heard of a genetic disorder called "Kleinfelter's" or something like that which causes man boobs. However, the genetic disorder causes a male to have feminine traits besides man boobs such as an inability to have a muscular built, etc. If u don't have the other signs, ur probably just a health forum.

Do you have the syndrome in which you have more than just one X chromosome? So your 23rd chromosome looks like XXY instead of just XY?

Male breasts.
Hi there,
My boyfriend had quite a problem with man breasts. It really got him down and he lacked confidence. We tried to get him help but nothing worked really. So we tried this in the end..(edited to remove link). It really worked for him so it may be worth a shot for you too. Wishing you all the best for the future... Sarahx
