I was wondering if there is any possible way to make my period come early this week so I could see my fiance and enjoy my weekend with him? I heard that if you take more than one inactive pill a day during that week, you can make your period come early, although it will be heavy and unhappy... I took 2 inactive pills today, and I'm not really worried about my period being heavy because I really want to enjoy my weekend and my period usually lasts no more than 3 days anyway...Although if this happens again, is there any other way I could start my period early?

It is much more reliable to make your period late than early. If you just switch to the next pack as soon as you reach the inactive pills it should work. You may however still experience breakthrough/withdrawal bleeding and spotting.

In theory stopping the active pills and switching to the inactive pills should cause the withdrawal bleeding to start now.

It all depends on how your body reacts to the hormones and its own hormone levels.

You could always use a menstrual cup to catch the flow when you want to have fun. That way you do not have to use a tampon or pad when you play.

(TMI warning) My own husband are also particularly horny when I have my period and he finds the extra fluid a turn-on. We just put an old towel on the bed and go for it.)

Enjoy your weekend and best of luck!
