Q: Major losses

Hello my name is Jordan Ashleigh and i have been through quite bad time resently i lost a baby then ma little cousin and then just last week to add to it all i lost ma little brother to cancer!!! i have not been able to sleep or eat or concentrate but i dont know what to do? please help x

Jordan, I understand that you have experienced a great deal of loss in your life recently. Based on your symptoms of not being able to sleep, eat, or concentrate, it sounds like you may benefit from talking to a grief counselor. Your doctor may be able to recommend one or you can call a couple of therapists and ask them if they treat grief.
